Nancy Spungen was born on February 27, 1958, only to be deemed crazy four years later. She'd displayed violent behavior at her young age and started receiving psychiatric help. At age 11, when most girls were still playing with dolls and showing an interest in boys for the first time, Nancy attacked her mother with a hammer because she hadn't taken her to a museum. By the age of 14, she was well into drugs and would become a heroin addict in a couple of years. At 17, Nancy was diagnosed a schizophrenic and soon her parents asked her to move out. And she did, soon becoming became a prostitute. And so continued her inevitable downward spiral.

Sid Vicious, born John Simon Ritchie, was born on May 10,1957. He spent his teen years in London, as a high school drop out, and was soon discovered by Malcolm McLaren to join the band he'd created, 'Sex Pitols', named after his botique. 'Sex.' By the time Vicious was 19, the Sex Pistols were at the very top of the industry. He met Nancy then, a heroin addict and dealer, and he was lonely. Lonely and plenty vulnerable. So she got to screw him, as she'd hoped to do when she came to London, and they stayed together. Unfortunately for Sid, they stayed together.
